What is InstallPass?

InstallPass puts a QR service passport on every unit you install: geysers, inverters, gate motors, aircons and more. When the owner scans the tag they see what the unit is, who installed it, its warranty and service dates, and they can book you again in two taps.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the passport opens in the browser. No download, no login. If the camera won't read the tag, they can type the code at installpass.com/t.

How long does it take to register a unit?

Usually a minute or two on site. Scan or type the tag code, snap the rating plate and InstallPass reads the brand, model, serial and capacity for you. Confirm the install date, warranty and service interval, and you're done.

What does the homeowner see when they scan?

The unit type, brand and model, where it's installed, who installed it, warranty status, next service date and service history. You choose full or basic visibility per unit. Basic hides photos, documents and the property address.

What is printed on the tag itself?

The QR code, the tag's own code underneath it, and your business name and phone number. That last part matters: the tag doubles as a business card that stays on the unit, so even somebody who never scans it can see who fitted the thing and what number to ring. It is your name on the wall for as long as the unit is there.
